Begin a happy, healthy and rewarding relationship with your puppy. This essential introductory class focuses on establishing good puppy behavior, social skills and basic obedience. You and your pup learn the basic commands of Come, Sit, Down, Stay, Drop it, Leave it and Wait as well as Leash Walking. In addition, the groundwork for essential puppy manners will be laid, including: Housebreaking issues, jumping on people, Pulling on his leash and Mouthing. Time will be spent reviewing handling exercises to help your puppy become accustomed to and accepting of: brushing, having his ears checked and cleaned, having his eyes and mouth checked and their nails trimmed.
